Mr. Nrupender Rao – Chairman,
Governing Council.
Mr. Rao is the Promoter and Vice –Chairman of Pennar Industries Limited, and the Chairman of Pennar Chemicals Limited, A French collaborative Industry manufacturing Fuel Additives.
In the past 45 yrs of his career he has held various offices such the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation. National President of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and Past President of the Hyderabad Management Association. He is the recipient of the Dr. Nayudamma Gold Medal for his contributions to the industrial Development in the State and the “Entrepreneur of the year” Award by Hyderabad Management Association.
Prof. B. R. Virmani

Prof. B.R. Viramani is the Founder Chairman of Centre for Organization Research & Development in Management (CORD-M), is an alumni of Delhi University, Duquesne Pittsburgh, (USA). Fellow Queen Elizabeth House at Oxford and Senior Research Fellow at Fredrich Ebert Foundation, Germany and Manchester Business School, UK. Has a decade of industrial experience and over two decades of experience as Dean and Professor of Strategic Management at Administrative Staff College of India. He was a member of committee for setting up of Indian Institute of Management, Kerala. He has conducted extensive research and feasibility studies for setting up Indian Oil Institute of Petroleum Management, National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE).
Mr. Randy Beck

Mr. Beck is the president of Beck Consulting Group, specializing in training, leadership development and performance improvement, he also manages private equity investments in the aerospace industry. Previously, Mr. Beck was Director of Professional Development for NAMM, the International Music Products Association. With over 8,000 member companies, Beck created NAMM University which in its first year received a national award from ASAE (American Society of Association Executives). Beck produced a financial management CD-ROM for retailers that received an award from ASTD (the American Society of Training & Development).
Prior to joining NAMM Beck has had a 8 yr long association with the Airline Industry, in which he was managing training and operations. Mr. Beck developed and taught technical and behavioral curriculum, including his own customer service program which contributed to PSA’s NO.1 service rating in the airline industry. Beck received the highest ratings for their transition training during the merger with US Airways. Beck is an International MBA from the University of London.
Mr. Shyam Mohan

Mr. Mohan is the MD of Corporate Communication India, Hyderabad. A renowned management consultant and has held several coveted positions such as the President- Hyderabad Management Association, Chairman- Southern Regional Council and Senior member Governing Council- All India Management Association, New Delhi. He is presently the Chairman – Emeritus Quality Circle Forum of India, Hyderabad. Mr. Mohan spearheaded the quality movement in India in the Public, Private, Education, Health, Insurance, Banking and Transport sectors.
Mr. Mohan is a member of the Congress party with active participation in all party programs. He presently holds the offices of President of Total Quality Mission, Vice- Chairman, Hyderabad Public Schools. Director – AP State Financial Corporation, Member – Working Group, Public distribution system and food security, Govt. of India, Planning commission.
Dr. Kinnera Murthy

Dr. Kinnera is the senior most faculties in ASCI and has served the College in various capacities such as Dean of Studies (two and a half terms), Chairperson, Marketing and is now Professor and Chairperson of Strategic Management. She is a B.Sc from BITS, Pilani, MBA from Osmania and a Ph.D in Corporate Strategy from Pune University. She also has a postgraduate qualification in Industrial Management from the Netherlands. She was a Visiting Fellow in 1997-98 at Queen Elizabeth House, Oxford and Distinguished Visiting Fellow, Texas A&M University in 1992.
Her forte lies in designing customized and innovative general management programmes on strategic thinking, strategic marketing and organization turnaround strategies. She is an acclaimed strategic consultant and has developed several social marketing strategies for social change programmes.
Dr. David J Sumanth

Dr. David J Sumanth has a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) Chicago, USA. He is the pioneer of “Productivity Engineering” education in the world. He is a Professor Emeritus of Industrial Engineering in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Miami and has held secondary appointments in the School of Business Administration at the University of Miami. He is also the Founder and President of the International Society for Productivity and Quality Research (ISPQR) since 1993.
Dr. Sumanth has authored several books on “Total Productivity Management” that have influenced “total productivity thinking” in more than 30 countries. His people-oriented philosophy of management has been effectively applied in many Fortune 500 companies, governments, and non-profit organizations around the world.
His recognitions include “The Outstanding Industrial Engineer of the Year” (1982, 1983), the George Washington Honor Medal (1987), the Alexander Orr Award for Teaching Excellence at the University of Miami (2000), and Distinguished Professorship in from the Universidad Francisco Marroquin (2006). He is a frequent inspirational and motivational international speaker to Governments, Corporations, and Universities around the world.
Dr. P. Sunanda Rao

Dr. P. Sunanda Rao is an educationist with 35 years in academics and training. She is currently The Director, (Academics and Training) at David Memorial Education Society. She is a Ph.D. in Education, In addition to organizing and conducting curricular programs, she guides research scholars at PG, M.Phil and doctoral levels. Dr. Rao has worked as a research consultant for International Education projects sponsored by the University of Hong Kong, FAO of the UNO, etc. She has presented papers at various forums and has many publications to her credit..
Deeply committed to community development, she has participated and lead programs for adult education, women’s empowerment, vocational education for special children and leadership training for youth. She represented India at the World Scout Conference in Bangkok and was recognized for her contributions to the scouting movement by being awarded the silver star of merit by the President of India in 1993.
